SLIDING SECURITY ENTRANCE
VELA
A different way to enter. VELA combines a sliding security entrance with automatic lifting using magnetic levitation. Its movement changes the design possibilities for an entrance where a conventional swing leaf is less suitable.

Lift, then slide
The leaf lifts automatically and slides laterally. Magnetic levitation is described by Oikos for leaves above 120 kg; motorised sliding is an option.

A clear floor line
The system is designed without a floor rail or threshold. The integrated floor locking arrangement should be coordinated early with the floor construction.

Integrated access
The official options include a handle with PIN code or Oikos Card, fingerprint and smartphone access. Frame and leaf incorporate a thermal break as standard.

Select visible or concealed leaf arrangements and compatible side panel options. Horizontal or vertical covering compositions, wood, lacquer, metal, glass and Laminam offer different expressions, subject to the configuration.
