Who is responsible for your information?

Your enquiries and appointments
When you submit our form, we collect your name, surname, email address, telephone number, role, country, project location, request type and the project details you provide. We use these details to respond, prepare a quotation, arrange a showroom appointment and discuss your project. The required checkbox records your agreement to this processing. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Please include only information relevant to your project. Do not include identity documents, financial details or sensitive personal information in the message.
How long we keep enquiries
We retain commercial enquiry and appointment records for up to 24 months from the last contact. Records needed for an active contract, accounting obligations or the establishment or defence of legal claims are handled separately and kept only for the relevant purpose and applicable obligation. Our staff review inactive enquiries for deletion. Backup copies follow the operational backup cycle and are restricted to recovery purposes.
Website operation and security
Our WordPress website and email services process enquiries through our hosting infrastructure, provided by Netsons. Authorised staff can access the enquiry records and notification emails. Technical logs and security tools help operate the website and prevent abuse.
Google reCAPTCHA v3 protects the contact form. It processes technical information about the browser and interaction to assess abuse and may set the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie. The verification loads when you interact with the form. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms apply to this service.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 measures visits, interactions, successful enquiries and clicks on our telephone links. A telephone click does not confirm that a call took place. Our enquiry events contain a request category; our custom analytics event code does not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or the contents of your message.
Google Tag Manager manages website measurement tags. Google Ads measures advertising interactions and successful form enquiries. Existing Meta Pixel and Conversions API integrations measure website activity for advertising. These services can process online identifiers, page and event information, browser/device information and network information. Cookies and your choices
Iubenda manages consent preferences. Necessary technologies support the website, security and your saved choices. Optional measurement and advertising technologies serve the purposes described above. Open the consent preferences control to accept, reject or change your choices. You can also control cookies in your browser; this can affect features.
Our cookie policy provides additional information about the configured services. This local notice also describes the Google Ads and Meta integrations. With Google Consent Mode, limited consent signals or measurement requests may be transmitted without optional cookie storage; cookie choices should not be interpreted as a promise that no technical request reaches any provider.
Recipients and international processing
Information is processed by authorised staff and the hosting, email, security, consent and measurement providers needed for the purposes described in this notice. Google, Meta and Iubenda may process information outside the UAE. Their linked notices describe their processing locations and safeguards. We do not publish the contents of your enquiry.
Your privacy requests
Contact us using the details above to request access, correction or deletion, to withdraw your consent, or to ask about restricting processing or other rights available under applicable data protection law. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out and may prevent us from continuing to respond to your enquiry.
